Founded in 1946 in Brussels, Comité International d’Esthétique et de Cosmétologie (“CIDESCO”) is the World Standard for Beauty and Spa Therapy. A non-profit organization providing Swiss quality education, CIDESCO is known for its standard of excellence worldwide.
